Attorney Tara Couture is the founder of Couture Law P.A. As a former Deputy City Attorney, Ms. Couture fought for justice for the people of the State. Biography: Marianne joined COUTURE LAW P.A. in January of 2010. She brings with her over 22 years of experience in the legal field and has an extensive background in both personal injury and wrongful death, which she has focused her career on since moving to Brevard County in 1997.
Marianne previously worked for several law firms in Brevard County which all specialized primarily in personal injury and wrongful death, including eight years with Childress & Charpentier, P.A., as the legal assistant/paralegal to Hubert C. Childress, Esq., until his retirement in 2007. Marianne then went to work for Donoghue & Holland for two years as the paralegal to Gary L. Holland, Esq., up through January 2010, when she left to pursue a promising career with COUTURE LAW P.A., which she has found extremely rewarding. Marianne has extensive experience in case management and assisting attorneys with preparing cases for trial, and is well qualified to assist in the handling of personal injury claims, both prior to and in litigation.
In addition, in March 2008 Marianne was one of the first paralegals in Florida to become registered with the Florida Bar as a Florida Registered Paralegal. She has also written several articles which were published in 2009 in the Paralegals Section of the Florida Justice Association Journal, a bi-monthly periodical for Florida trial attorneys.

Community Involvement: In addition to being dedicated to her work as a paralegal, Marianne is a volunteer, court-appointed Guardian ad Litem, giving her time to advocate for children of Brevard County who have been removed from their homes because of alleged abuse, abandonment, or neglect. She is also a former Brownie troop leader with the Girl Scouts of America.
Personal: Marianne is married to Doug, the Brevard County Assistant Fire Marshal, and together they have three daughters. During her personal time, Marianne loves cooking, photography, traveling, art, hiking, canyoneering, and playing board games with her family.
